SPECIAL FLAT (“FIXED”) FEES FOR NEW ENTREPRENEURS

To every extent possible, we try to offer clients flat fee services to help new businesses get off the ground. Below are some examples of our current flat (“fixed”) fee schedule of services for new entrepreneurs:

Draft a Confidentiality Agreement - $500

Draft An Employment Agreement - $500

Basics For Businesses/Startups - (starting at $900)*

Drafting and filing of Articles of Organization (LLC) or Articles of Incorporation (Corporation) with the California Secretary of State

Drafting of customized Operating Agreement (LLC) or Bylaws (Corporation)

Completion of EIN filing with the IRS

Note: Does not include filing fees or other costs

*Additional services to suit your needs available for an additional fee.

ATTORNEY FEES

We offer flat fees whenever possible, but in certain situations, when the work is less predictable, we bill clients at an hourly rate, which will be addressed in more detail at your initial consultation.

Before we begin any work, we do our best to explain the extent of the work we believe your matter will require, but we also cannot guarantee a certain price, in non-fixed fee scenarios.
