Aleen Pogharian is an attorney at MacCarley and Rosen, PLC, where she practices in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and probate litigation. Ms. Pogharian takes pride in pursuing justice for her clients by advocating their legal rights to the fullest extent necessary. She is dedicated to helping her clients and provides one-on-one time to explain the legal process at every phase, leaving no client in the dark. Ms. Pogharian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge and earned her Juris Doctorate from University of West Los Angeles, where she graduated with Honors. Ms. Pogharian is admitted to the State Bar of California, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Supreme Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is also an active member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (“CAALA”).

Lisa MacCarley is a seasoned attorney specializing in California probate code including guardianships, conservatorships, and estate planning. She graduated with honors from Loyola Law School in 1993 and has been practicing in California since then.
