A Professional Law Corporation

Founded in 1976, the lawyers at MacCarley & Rosen, PLC have continuously served the needs of clients for almost forty years with integrity, acknowledged competence, loyalty, and unbridled assertiveness, while working within negotiated budgets, always intensely focused on achieving the most acceptable and feasible outcomes for their clients. Strategically located at the intersection of the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys in the City of Glendale, with offices in Tucson, Arizona, MacCarley & Rosen has deep roots and experience within the communities of Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank, and Pasadena. At the same time it is fully capable of handling matters in its area of expertise nationally and around the world, with a proven track record of work within the 50 United States, Great Britain, Mexico, Central and South America, the Middle East, and China.

MacCarley & Rosen has been called a transactional firm that drafts contracts, trusts, estate plans, real estate and intellectual property documentation, and negotiates and completes business transactions with an understanding of the potential impact and effect of these documents and agreements in litigation.

It has also been called a litigation firm which maneuvers adroitly and successfully in state, federal, and international courts, but is always cognizant that litigation is the course of action of last resort for almost all clients, due to its cost, its unfortunate consumption of time, and the inherent inefficiencies of the judicial system.
